Castle Avalon is a bed and breakfast located in New Braunfels. It is approximately 2 hours from Austin out in the middle of no-where. Typical of Texas, I am unable to find it on any maps. I will do my best to hand draw a map for the invitation so, please be patient. Give yourselfs plenty of extra time in case you get lost.

The Austin Airport was recently relocated to an area South east of Austin. They have done a poor job with the signs and directions to and from the Airport. It may be very confusing for out of towners. The airport is no longer located on Airport Blvd. Many people make this mistake. It is off of Hwy 183 and Hwy 71. The best route to the castle and the hotels is via IH 35. It is very difficult to get there from the airport so, you would need to get a good map. I still have not been able to figure it out. Austin is a great city but falls short with the roads systems. Please drive defensively and be cautious of aggressive drivers. We want every one to be safe.
